Once you've connected your Contrast account to HubSpot you have the option to use HubSpot forms to capture webinar registrants and an automated workflow to add them to Contrast so they receive reminder emails and can access your webinar content. Here’s how it works:
- Create a HubSpot form for each specific webinar you would like to register signups for. → You must include fields for Name and Email
- Create a new contact based workflow in HubSpot.
- Trigger the workflow when there is a new form submission that meets the criteria: → "Form name is any of { name of your form }".
- Add the Contrast “Register Webinar Attendee” action → Select the appropriate webinar name → Optional: Check the box to send your own confirmation emails. If you do this automatic confirmation emails sent from Contrast will be turned off and you’ll need to use the unique link in the workflow action output to send confirmation emails yourself, or attendees will not be able to join.
